Sandstone has over 35 years of experience in Central and Northeast Florida to offer our clients and their prospective projects. At Sandstone we pride ourselves on our program to promote within and ensure we are providing our team with the ability to grow both professionally and personally.

Our Story

In January of 2020, Hunter Murphy founded Sandstone Site Services and started with 9 Employees. With a small team, Sandstone set out with a mission to build a client-oriented site development firm. At the time there was no project too small and Sandstone found a niche working for home builders preparing lots for construction. While working for many production home builders Sandstone began to grow and in the process took over projects for a local site contractor that was closing down. While taking on these projects proved to be a considerable challenge. Sandstone completed each project and worked to build relationships with many of Central Florida's largest General Contractors.

In 2021 Hunter felt the best path for growth long term for Sandstone would be expanding toward Jacksonville. This decision lead to opening up an office in Jacksonville Florida to service the greater Jacksonville market.

Today Sandstone is over 75 employees strong and prides itself on its ability to hit the dates set on projects, from the Pipe crews that are highly efficient to the world-class grade crews Sandstone is committed to all our clients.
