East Orlando Commerce is a industrial park that will have RV and Boat storage along with be home to numerous businesses. Sandstone was tasked with redeveloping the site by the owner. Some of the improvements include adding a lift station to the site, diggin a new retention pond, bringing water and sewer to the site and adding all interior roads.
