The Vantage Apartments is a 19 acre garden style apartment community. The project started the second week of October 2021.

312-unit garden-style apartments development across 19 acres under construction.

The Vantage Apartments is located on Merchants Way and the property is 18 miles southwest of Jacksonville Convention and Visitors Bureau, within walking distance of Oakleaf Town Center and nearby major employers Baptist Health, Mayo Clinic, Amazon and the U.S Navy
